Abstract
Sorption-catalytic material based on basalt fibers was obtained. The material has a high dynamic sorption capacity exceeding by more than a factor of 5 the capacity of analogs. The properties of the sorptioncatalytic material in extraction of manganese ions from water were studied. A reagent method was suggested for regeneration of the sorbent with weak acid solutions.
