Abstract

The phase equilibria for systems of ammonia-impurity (oxygen, nitrogen, methane, propane, ethane, n-butane, isobutane, propylene, carbon monoxide) were examined and concentration and temperature dependences of a separation factor, which are required for deep purification of ammonia used in the production of energy-efficient LEDs, were determined between liquid and vapor for the systems in a region of low concentrations of an impurity at an elevated pressure.
