Abstract

Effect of a magnetic field on sorption processes from gas media on activated carbons was studied. Specific features of the adsorption process of ethanol and benzene vapors in an ac magnetic field of industrial frequency are demonstrated for the example of industrial activated carbons, depending on porous structure parameters and presence of magnetoactive admixtures in the sorbent.
