Study and development of gel-like formulations based on liquid glass

Abstract

Possibility of forming a gel with controlled strength and rheological properties from solutions of alkaline silicates and other chemical components at elevated temperatures was analyzed. The dependence of the strength of the gels on the concentration of acetic acid in solution and temperature was studied.
