Abstract
A procedure for calculation of batch distillation followed by partial condensation was developed on the basis of the suggested mathematical model. A strategy for assessing the feasibility of using this method, compared to simple distillation, was suggested. The effect of the initial conditions on the economic efficiency of the installation employed was analyzed. Numerical values of working parameters are obtained and recommendations for performing the process in the optimal mode are formulated.
