Abstract

A series of monolithic macroporous sorbents based on glycidyl methacrylate and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate were prepared by free radical copolymerization. The effect of polymerization conditions and composition of reaction mixture on the pore structure of the monolithic material was studied by IR spectroscopy, intrusion mercury porosimetry, and scanning electron microscopy.
