  • Published:
Russian Journal of General Chemistry Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Abstract

The reaction of hexamethylene diisocyanate with some aliphatic, aromatic and heterocyclic amines was studied. The effect of the amine nature on the reaction time was discussed. The effect of the position of a substituent in the aromatic ring on the reactivity of anilines upon reaction with hexamethylene diisocyanate was shown.
