Abstract

Phthalonitriles bearing p-cyclohexylphenoxy groups have been obtained on the basis of 4-bromo-5-nitrobenzene-1,2-dicarbonitrile and transformed into the octasubstituted cobalt and copper phthalocyanines. The obtained compounds have been characterized by spectral methods.
