Abstract

New approaches to the development of a biochemical pretreatment process, leading to an improvement of the finishing technology through its unification, are formulated. Evidence is provided that the multidirectional selective action of enzymes in complex lignin-containing polysaccharides promotes efficient delignification processes. New simplified, uniform, two-stage production schemes for cotton, half-flax, flax cotton, and flax fabrics have been developed.
