Abstract
Reactions of sodium derivatives of C-phosphorylated acetamidines containing CH-acidic methylene group with alkyl and acyl halides were studied. The interaction occurs selectively to form the products of alkylation and acylation of methylene group, respectively. A convenient method for the synthesis of C-alkylated and C-acylated derivatives of C-phosphorylated acetamidines was developed.
