Reactivity of fullerene C60

Abstract

The results of a quantum-chemical study of the reactivity of fullerene C60 in such reactions as polymerization (dimerization), cycloaddition, addition of valence-saturated molecules are presented. The mechanisms of these reactions are also discussed.
