Detection of Chimeric Transcript NUP98-NSD1 in Pediatric Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Abstract—

A method for identification of chimeric transcript NUP98-NSD1 acute myeloid leukemia in children has been developed and optimized based on combination of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and allele-specific hybridization on a biological microchip.
