Abstract

This study is devoted to investigation of the composition and content of free amino acids in the wastes of processing of Oryza sativa rice (Poaceae L.), Fagopyrum esculentum buckwheat (Polygonaceae L.), and Helianthus annuus sunflower (Compositae).
