Protein interaction network and signaling pathways activated by muramyl peptides

Abstract

This review is devoted to studying the interaction of muramyl peptides with protein components of immune system cells. The systematic analysis of published results may be useful to select not only the strategy for the further exploration of the function of this class of glycopeptides, but also for their use in clinical practice.
