A parametric block model and block diagrams of a multilayer piezoelectric motor based on the transverse piezoelectric effect with account for the electromotive counterforce emerging at its stress as a result of response to the applied force in the direct piezoelectric effect are obtained. Transfer functions of the piezoelectric motor with regard to its geometric and physical parameters, electromotive counterforce, and external load are determined.
