Abstract
In the case where the filament of dipoles is located near two semicylinders towering over a perfectly conducting plane, the 2D problem of the field thereof is solved in the quasi-static approximation with the help of the reflection theorem and the conformal transformation of a doubly connected region. The analytical expressions for the electric field are derived when semicylinders come in contact and their approach influence on the far field is investigated.
