Abstract
Results of the numerical simulation of the slow-wave structure and the electron-optical system of a wideband continuous-wave traveling-wave tube with an output power of 250 W and gain of 23 dB, which is designed for operation in an X/Ku-band vacuum solid-state amplifying module, are given.
