Abstract
The laws and requirements that must satisfy pragmatic theories are investigated. The empirical foundations of pragmatic theories are discussed, and the known thesis of English empiricism (Hume’s aporia) is analyzed. The problem of structurization and critical analysis of empirical information is examined. The concept of hypothetical realism and an alternative approach (analytical realism) are analyzed. The structure and properties of scientific theories are described.
