Abstract

Frequency dependences of transmission and reflection coefficients of electromagnetic waves are experimentally studied at frequencies ranging from 12 to 38 GHz. It is demonstrated that dolomite and corundum samples exhibit relatively low reflectances and absorbances in several spectral intervals. The results of microwave measurements are compared with the structural state and phase composition of the samples.
