Surface electromagnetic waves in a metal

Abstract

Microwave surface electromagnetic waves are observed on a plane metal/dielectric interface in a frequency range of 0.5–20 GHz. The problem of separation of surface and spatial waves simultaneously excited by a source located on the medium interface is solved.
