Abstract
By an example of model nonlinear circuits formed from tunnel diodes, which are analogues of neural networks, it is shown experimentally that the firing mode can be suppressed by an external noise signal with a flat spectrum in the frequency range (5–7) × 106 Hz and an appropriate voltage value.
