Abstract
A technique is proposed for determination of analytical grid eigensolutions for a 3D impedance flow Rτ grid. On the basis of this technique, grid modes of an empty rectangular waveguide are found and an algorithm is developed for the analysis of H- and E-plane devices. The algorithm is a unified procedure of calculation of 3D and H- and E-plane devices.
