Abstract
Expressions for prediction of the standard deviation of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in a wireless data-transmission network in which orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) technology of data transmission is used are obtained. It is shown that the proposed prediction is more accurate than the predictions based on the mean value.
