Abstract

An algorithm for automated construction of centroid structures that are used in the layout design of precision elements of analog chips is proposed. Application of the method of radial regions for formation of the centroid structures of precision elements is demonstrated. Examples on usage of the software implementing the proposed algorithm are given.
