N-Shaped Voltage–Current Characteristics of Hybrid Organic Materials Based on Zinc Complexes

Abstract

Voltage–current characteristics of hybrid organic materials with compositions C48H42N6O2Zn and C54H54N6O2Zn have been studied. Methods of formation, microscopy and IR spectroscopy data, and results of studying electrical properties of these thin-film organic materials based on zinc complexes are described. It is established that the proposed thin-film structures possess N-shaped voltage–current characteristics.
