Abstract

A method is considered for distinguishing the typical behavior phases in the mode of alternating generalized synchronization, which is based on the use of an auxiliary system. It is established that it is sufficient to use only one variable characterizing the state of the system for correct determination of the type of alternation occurring in this system.
