Abstract
The principles of construction of an Earth strain-metering antenna on the territory of Russia designed for recording and direction finding of oscillations and waves of a wide frequency range (from infrasonic range to the gravitational wave range), are discussed. Locating laser strainmeters of classical and pendulum type at the certain points of Russia, it is possible to obtain a unique complex exceeding the LIGO project complex in sensitivity and frequency range.
