Abstract

Characteristics and parameters of nanosecond-discharge plasma in a system with sharply inhomogeneous distribution of the electric-field strength between CuInSe2 electrodes in atmospheric-pressure air are presented. The time dependence of the electron temperature is determined by analyzing the emission dynamics of electrode-erosion products from chalcopyrite at an interelectrode distance of 2 mm.
