Abstract
The main photoelectric parameters of n-TiO2/p-Co0.7Ni0.3O film heterostructures obtained by sequential sputtering of corresponding metal targets in oxidizing atmosphere have been determined. The heterostructures are photosensitive in a wavelength range of 225–385 nm and exhibit no photoresponse in the visible spectral range. The proposed structures can be used for creating photodetectors with high spectral selectivity.
