On the possibility of forming pulsed inductive-capacitive longitudinal discharge

Abstract

Using pulsed inductively coupled plasma of transverse vortex gas discharge, it is possible to obtain longitudinal discharges that can be excited in two regimes. According to these, the inductive-capacitive longitudinal discharge is formed using either magnetic or electric field.
