Abstract
A simple theoretical approach to describing the properties of asymmetric heterogeneous plate structures under the action of a magnetic field is proposed. A model is constructed that provides a description of the case of maximum magnetoelectric susceptibility experimentally observed in the nature. It is established that a significant resonant enhancement of the magnetostrictive properties takes place in the structures under consideration.
