On the possibility of transverse current rectification in graphene

The effect, according to which a constant current component perpendicular to the constant pulling electric field appears in graphene on which an elliptically polarized electromagnetic wave is normally incident, is predicted within the framework of a quasi-classical approach. An expression for this constant current component is obtained and its dependence on the field and the phase shift between the electromagnetic wave components is analyzed.
