Abstract
A method for the detection of nonstationary and delayed synchronization is proposed, which is based on the sequential application of two graphical techniques: (i) nonlinear recurrent analysis of time series and (ii) a procedure based on the Hough transform for the identification of boundaries of the onset and loss of coupling between systems.
