Abstract

Spectral dependence of the absorption coefficient of the CdSe x S1 – x nanocrystals in silicate glass with different perfections of crystalline lattice is experimentally studied. A dependence of the concentration of defects on the time of thermal processing is obtained. It is demonstrated that the defect elimination results from thermal activation process.
