Abstract

The temperature dependence of the thermal resistance of CaLa2S4 crystals has been studied in the temperature range of 80–450 K based on the results of measuring their thermal conductivities. The mechanisms of heat transfer in samples with different technological histories are established. The factors determining the value and specific features of the temperature dependence of the thermal resistance of CaLa2S4 crystals in the vicinity of the Debye temperature or above are found.
