Abstract

Spectra of complex impedance ρ* have been investigated for phase states obtained when crystallizing Li2O-11.5GeO2 glass. The results of measuring ρ* for initial glass, intermediate stage, and ceramics have been described based on the method of equivalent circuits allowing for the phase composition of the samples. It has been assumed that the charge in the studied compounds is transferred by mobile Li ions. An increase in electrical conductivity σ for the intermediate state has been explained by the considerable medium dispersity and high carrier mobility.
