Abstract

The temperature and concentration dependences of the electrical resistivity π and thermal diffusivity a of Co-Cr alloys have been studied at temperatures of 400–1600 K. It has been shown that, as the temperature increases, the specific features of the electrical properties of the alloys are mainly determined by phonon scattering of carriers, and the character of the polytherms and concentration dependences is determined by the multiband scattering mechanism.
