Impedance and magneto-optical properties of porous silicon-cobalt nanocomposites

Abstract

Combined studies of the impedance and magneto-optical properties of porous silicon-cobalt nanocomposites are carried out. Correlations between the charge transfer over a nanocomposite layer and the spectral response of the transverse Kerr effect are revealed.
