Abstract
The possibility of generation of high-voltage pulses in the self-oscillation mode of a beam-plasma discharge is shown. Negative voltage pulses with amplitudes of up to 40 kV are recorded at the plasma facing electrode at a constant negative bias voltage of 200–300 V.
