Constraints on the Anomalous CP-Even Constants of Three-Boson Vertices in \({{W}^{ + }}{{W}^{ - }}\) Boson Decays at CMS LHC

Abstract

In this work, we have obtained constraints on the anomalous CP-even constants of three-boson interactions in the reaction of pair production of \({{W}^{ \pm }}\) bosons at the Large Hadron Collider at \(\sqrt s = 13\) TeV. An improved narrow-width approximation has been used with the kinematic cuts applied in the CMS experiment. It is established that the lepton–hadron channel of W-boson decays yields stronger constraints on anomalous parameters than the lepton–lepton channel and the option with no cuts.
