Abstract
Experiments were performed on the deposition of Al2O3 layers on microchannel plates (MCPs) to increase the gain of a detector under development for fast monitoring of beam collisions at the NICA collider. The deposition of Al2O3 on MCPs made it possible to increase the amplitude of a signal from the detector by a factor of 1.2–1.5.
