Abstract

We suggest a description of the “spinning light” propogation in media by the Lagrangians which depend on the extrincic curvatures of the light trajectory. We present the Hamiltonian formulation of two relevant systems; one of them has the Lagrangian linear on the rigidity, the Lagrangian of the second one is linear on torsion.
