Abstract

The structure, electronic, thermodynamic, and magnetic properties of the CeRuSi2 Kondo lattice with ferromagnetic ordering characterized by a small moment of the ground state are investigated. Anomalies in the temperature dependences of heat capacity and resistivity (unusual power or logarithmic behavior) observed in the low-temperature range indicate a non-Fermi-liquid behavior. The results are compared with those for other CelRu n X m compounds and anomalous systems based on rare-earth elements and actinides that had been studied earlier.
