Crystal structure of the rhombohedral phase of Fe3B7O13Br

Abstract

The crystal structure of the rhombohedral phase of Fe3B7O13Br was determined and compared with the structures of Fe3B7O13Cl and Fe3B7O13I. The influence of the ionic radii of the halogen atom on the structural features of the crystals of the boracite family is discussed.
