Abstract
Waves localized along a periodic set of point inhomogeneities in a thin elastic plate are studied. The cases of point masses and the cases of small-radius holes in an isolated plate and in a plate that is in contact with an acoustic medium are considered. The holes are modeled with the use of generalized point models.
