Dynamics of the Electromagnetic Field near the Edge of a Stripline during Its Charging

Abstract

The spatiotemporal distribution of the electromagnetic field near the edge of a stripline during its charging to a constant value of the voltage between the strips was studied by computational experiment. The conditions under which a unipolar electromagnetic pulse is emitted into free space were determined.
