Abstract
An equation for the complete dynamics of the growth and die-off indices of microbes has been obtained in the framework of the macrokinetic approach. The equation allows differentiation of intervals with different values of kinetic characteristics. Analytical expressions were found for coefficients of the model and interval boundaries with the kinetics of growth and die-off of microbes. The adequacy of the equation was confirmed in the cases of experimental dynamics: the growth of Candida albicans culture in a Sabouraud liquid medium, the number of viable cells of Brochothrix thermosphacta in meat extract, and trimethylbutanol secretion by these organisms.
