A New Example of Rearrangement Observed in the Tandem Mass Spectra of Oligosaccharides

Abstract

A single example of a rearrangement (the elimination of an internal residue) was found in the [M + Na]+ ion of glycosyl polyol under collision-induced dissociation conditions. Previously, this rearrangement of [M + Na]+ was considered as unbelievable.
