Chromatographic methods for the determination of mycotoxins in food products

Abstract

Chromatographic methods for the determination of mycotoxins from different classes in food products of plant and animal origins are surveyed. The procedures of sample preparation and extract purification and the use of various chromatographic analysis techniques are considered.
