Development of X-ray electron probe microanalysis in Siberia

Abstract

This paper describes the contribution of Siberian researchers to the development of X-ray electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) in 1969–2007. It is devoted to the 70th birthday of Valerii Petrovich Afonin (September 24, 1938–May 15, 1995).
